Gluten Free Maple Pecan Granola

This gluten-free maple pecan granola is versatile, delicious, and can be customized to suit your taste. Try adding dried cranberries or coco

don’t know how this one didn’t make it to the feed yet but it’s one of my all time favorite breakfast prep options! change it up with whatever protein you like (@uswellnessmeats bacon is the best imo!) and swap up the veggies with whatever is in season!

of course a high quality olive oil like @kosterina takes it to the next level!

I was nauseas 24/7 so I always had to be snacking! @sweetlorens breakfast biscuits, @threewishes fruity cereal, and @madegoodfoods star puffed crackers kept me sane!

when it came to meals I craved meat and carbs! many dinners were pasta bowls with @amylufoods meatballs or a burger bowl with @uswellnessmeats ground beef!

Pancake bowls with @kingarthurbaking protein pancake mix were & still are a staple!

Luckily stumbled upon @vitalpursuit during a Target run and Im convinced this baby is part pizza at this point lol
