@puravidamiami has been on my list for sooo long & it did not disappoint! Need a chicken kale Caesar in my life daily! Smoothies were yummy too!

@bigmikesglutenfree is a 100% gluten free facility + also vegan friendly! The waffle was one of the best I’ve had! Grabbed some muffins and donuts to go (not pictured) and really enjoyed them. Nothing like knowing with 100% certainty that food is safe 🫶🏼

second trimester has been SO fun for food so here’s a little glimpse into what a day of eating looks like for me! Protein continues to be a big goal of mine + absolutely getting in plenty of fiber (iykyk)!

Some highlights:
• big fan of anything from @queenstreetbakery! lots of whole grains + fiber and super tasty! Great gluten free option!
• matcha lattes are the latest pregnancy craving!
• I made a lighter/easier chicken parm on a sheet pan and it’s now going to be a weekly meal at this point!
• @eatbobos is one of my favorite on the go snacks at the moment!
• ending the night with cereal always 😂
